Return Policy

  • Returned merchandise may be accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase.
  • Returned merchandise must be in its original condition, never displayed.
  • Used or previously displayed items may not be returned
  • Items that include the terms "custom," "custom made," or "made to order" in their descriptions may not be returned.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns or exchanges for any reason
  • Please note that when we receive your return, we'll deduct $7.00 USD from your refund for handling fees.
  • Please use the carrier of your choice to return merchandise and to create your own label - we recommend using a traceable and insured form of return delivery.

If the return is a result of our error please contact LIBERTY FLAGS, The American Wave®  Customer Service. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This four-week period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
